Interesting that Southeast Asian is having a moment. Just on the westside we have Cassia, Cobi’s, and now Wallflower in the fusion arena alone.

Crab rendang dip. Blue crab, beef rendang spice, shrimp chips.
Shrimp chips.
som dtam salad. green papaya, jicama, carrot, tomato, ebi peanut, thai chili.
duck lumpia. cirspy duck roll, cermicelli, lettuce, sorrel, chili dip.
Japanese curry. eggplant, bamboo shoots, konbu, nori, squash patty, baby carrot, fingerling potato.
ayam goreng. fried half jidori chicken, garlic ginger oil, rujak sauce, marinated cucumbers.
rib wings. Fried beef ribs, chili sauce, fried shallots, sesame seed.
Rengang mamak. Indonesian spiced braised beef, lemongrass, thai lime leaves, chives, galangal.
nasi ayam. steamed rice, chicken broth, spice, pandan, coconut milk.
indonesian sate. chicken, peanut sauce, rice cake, acar pickles.
crispy sichuan beef. wok tossed beef, sichuan peppercorn, soy glaze.
Wallflower leans Indonesian and has a lot of good flavors.
